Shell is a kind of natural cheap resources,the study found that shells has good bacteriostasis when be calcined under 1100,nanometer ZnO and TiO2 are inorganic antibacterial materials with broad spectrum bactericidal action,In this paper,shell powders were used to be carrier to load nanometer ZnO and TiO2 to prepared antibacterial materials,then added to the polyurea coatings to prepared antibacterial coating with low surface energy,it can protect marine component via prevent marine organisms adhering.shell powders were calcined under 1100? to activated,shell powder/ZnO,shell powder/TiO2,shell powder/ZnO/TiO2 composite materials were prepared by the co-precipitation method,the antibacterial properties of three kinds of antibacterial materials were studied by the bacteriostatic circle experiment,the results showed that the shell powder/ZnO/TiO2 composite material revealed the best bacteriostasis effect on Vibrio natriegen and bacillus subtilis,it shows that composite doping antibacterial materials get ideal antibacterial effect.Different concentration ratio,temperature and time effect on the properties of bacteriostatic of shell powder/ZnO/TiO2 composite were Studied.The results showed that antibacterial materials showed the best bacteriostasis with this conditions:the molar ratio of ZnO/TiO2 is 2:1,shell powder with ZnO/TiO2 mass ratio of 1:1,the reaction temperature is 95?,the reaction time of 2.5 h.Then shell powder/ZnO/TiO2 composite material were modified with acid sodium,the modifier dosage,modification temperature,modification time on the effects of the modified were be studied,via contact Angle and the activation characterizations to optimized the conditions of modification,Results showed that the optimum condition is:the contend of sodium stearate is 2.5%,the modification time is 80 min,the modification temperature is 90?,Then,the shell powders/ZnO/TiO2 composites before and after modification were characterized by FT-IR,SEM and particle size,besides,its antibacterial performance were tested,the consequence showed that the surface modification did not affect its bacteriostasis.This modified antibacterial powder Will be added to the polyuria to prepared composite coatings by the way of high speed stirring physical mixing blending,the influence of different content of shell powders/ZnO/TiO2 composite materials on the mechanical property anti-corrosion properties and antibacterial properties of polyuria was studied,the results showed that the polyurea coating has antibacterial properties and more excellent physical properties,water resistance and corrosion resistance when added shell powders/ZnO/TiO2 composites.
