Along with the environmental problem getting obvious. People look for safety environment, as a kind of environmental friendly new functional materials. Antibacterial coating becomes the social development and progress of science and technology of outcome inevitably. Therefore, the research and development of efficient, economy, safety of nano-antibacterial coating has the vital significance.The papers also introduce the research meaning of nano-antibacterial coating. The appropriate technology conditions of the preparation of nano-inorganic antibacterial powder are as follows:the dosage of dispersant is 1.0%, reaction time is 30min, reaction temperature 98℃, the process of calcinations'temperature is 800℃, and time is 3 h.Making nano-inorganic antibacterial powders with the best condition, using the laser particle size analyzer, the antibacterial powders have an average diameter of about 230nm obtained under the optimum process, which has a uniform particle size and narrow particle distribution. The chemistry components are Ag0.03Zr0.18Ti0.33P0.11O0.34 by the XFS; the TEM observes the powder's dispersion is good; When the concentration of antibacterial powder is 100mg/L, it gets 100% antibacterial rate of E. coli, Staphylococcus aurous and Candida albicans in 30min. Testing the antibacterial property respectively for six months after exposure, it shows that the antibacterial rate within 30min still remain as high as 95%, which prove a good antibacterial durability.The surface of nano-inorganic composite antibacterial powders is modified to improve the dispersion stability of the nano-inorganic composite antibacterial powders in organic materials. Using the titanate-coupling agent to modify the nano-inorganic antibacterial powders. The titanate-coupling agent HC-114 can effectively improve the dispersity of nano-inorganic composite antibacterial powders in organic solvents. Modified nano-inorganic composite powders in organic materials with better dispersed and compatibility. The proper modifying process parameters were determined as:60℃,90min,0.03g/mL.The paper mix the modified antibacterial powder with coating to make nano-antibacterial coating, using the single-factor experiments and orthogonal test to determine the best technology to prepare the antibacterial coating are as follows:the amount of antibacterial agents 3%, stir time 60min, stirring speed 1000r/min. The performance testing of the antibacterial coating under the optimum technology is:antibacterial coating has an antibacterial rate more than 99.5% on Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aurous and Candida albicans within 24 hours. After durability test, The sample have more than 99% antibiotic rate after soaking for three months by water,10% of hydrochloric acid and sodium hypochlorite solution, which show a good antibacterial effect.The test on the other properties is all accord with the national standards.
