Research In Environmental Risk Identification Technology For Qinzhou Industries

With the dramatic development of economic growth and civilization in China,the residence communities surround the industries,which risen highly public concern in the potential environmental risks.In order to reduce environmental risks and guarantee the physical health and environment safety of public,this article forms the environmental risk sources index system of coastal industries by the experience of classification of major hazard sources and the inherent attribute of environmental risk sources.First is the recognition of environmental risk sources,which are divided into three types by the maximum number of existence;Secondly is optimization and simplification of the diffusion model for the existing risk materials in the environmental receptors from the point of view of hazard scope,which including the modification of an operational environmental attribute diffusion model,the assessment of environmental risk harm scope;following by the environmental risk receptor is divided into three types by sensitivity analysis;And then the classification matrix was built by the sensitivity of receptor and the danger of risk within the hazard scope,which for the classification of environmental risk by potential air pollution,water pollution(surface water pollution and marine pollution)respectively;Finally the highest result from the classification is defined as the environmental risk level for the industry,the risk level is divided into three class,which are major environmental risk level,the larger environment risk level and general environmental risk level.This article selects industries from Qinzhou industry fields as the research object,which is lying on Guangxi BeibuWan coastline,and applied in 181 industries from Qinzhou city for environmental risk source identification and classification,with a result of determining 7 major environmental risk industries,accounting for 4%,4 large environmental risk industries,accounting for 2%,5 general environmental risk industries,accounting for 3%.
