Study On The Financial Support To Low Carbon Economy In Guangxi

With the development of social economy,environment pollution has become increasingly prominent,climate issue caused by carbon emissions increase has aroused great concern around the world,around the new round of industrial revolution in low carbon economy has been kicked off.As the core of modern economy,finance is necessary to play a central role in the transition of the low-carbon economy.In recent years,the international financial institutions actively support the development of the low-carbon economy,and promote the development of the associated carbon finance market fast.The carbon finance has become the engine of the low-carbon economy and plays an irreplaceable force.Since the reform and opening up more than 30 years,with the rapid development of China's economy,there are also problems of high energy consumption,high pollution and high resource consumption.We attach great importance to sustainable development,and we must adapt to the new normal development of green economic.In Guangxi Province,it has the obvious advantages of the current development,but the impact of the macroeconomic environment,the development stage,economic structure and other factors,the traditional growth momentum is difficult to continue,adjusting economic structure is imperative.To promote the development of the low-carbon economy,and strive to create a new economic growth point,has become inevitable.Based on the integration of the low-carbon economy and carbon finance,this paper mainly studies how to support the development of the low-carbon economy in Guangxi.First,the paper describes the definition of the low-carbon economy,carbon emissions trading and carbon finance.Secondly,the paper analyzes the current situation of the development of the low-carbon economy and carbon finance in Guangxi.It is found that Guangxi has a good realistic foundation,and has made some achievements,but there are also more short slab.Then,it selects the relevant data of Guangxi during 1996-2015,through the method of empirical analysis to the financial support for the low-carbon economy,the results show that the Guangxi's economic development is still dominated by extensive,the support effect of bank credit on the high carbon economy is still larger than the support effect on the low-carbon economy.Finally,on the basis of the above analysis,this paper puts forward some policy recommendations to further improve the carbon financial policy system,service system and organization system in order to promote the development of the low-carbon economy in Guangxi.
