Research On Financial Support For Developing Low-carbon Economy In Shanxi Province

With the rapid growth of China's economy,the extreme weather is more severe than before.In response to the climate change,our country had made commitments on the Copenhagen world climate conference that the proportion of renewable energy in energy structure of China would reduce to 16% before 2020.At present,China is vigorously promoting energy conservation and emission reduction.As the major energy province in China,Shanxi Province's economic structure was single and had a extensive economic development mode,which leads to the lack of sustainable development capability.It is an urgent task for Shanxi to accelerate the economic transformation and upgrade and promote the development of low-carbon economy.However,it is a complex and arduous task to realize economic transformation and promote the development of low-carbon economy.As the core of modern market economy,finance is the hub of social resource allocation and plays an important role in social production and life.How to make full use of financial means to support the development of low carbon economy in Shanxi is very important.Therefore,this paper studies how the finance can better promote the development of low-carbon economy of Shanxi.First of all,this paper expounds the relevant concepts and theories of financial support for low-carbon economic development,and lays a theoretical foundation for subsequent analysis.Then,the paper describes the current situation of the development of low carbon economy in Shanxi finance,and analyzes the deficiency of Shanxi finance to support the development of low-carbon economy.Then,the paper analyzes the mechanism of financial support for low-carbon economy development,including the causes,mechanism and methods of finance support for low-carbon economy development;Then,through study the practice of Shanxi Province data in order to explore the current Shanxi finance in the process of low carbon economy development and financial support of the role of problems existing in the process of low carbon economy development;Finally,combining with the current situation,problems and empirical research results of Shanxi's low-carbon economy,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions for the development of low-carbon economy in Shanxi finance.In the process of writing,use methods including inductive summarization,comparative analysis,theory and empirical research.In order to study how to use financial to support the low-carbon economy development in Shanxi Province,have done the work including literature collection,data collection,inductive analysis,logical proof,empirical analysis,summary and summary.The author had studied many reality situation of Shanxi and use the empirical analysis in order to propose some correct suggestions for Shanxi's low-carbon development.
