Research On Security Production Behavior Constrained Mechanism Catering To The Low Initiative Individuals

With the constant progress of science and technology and unceasing enhancement of equipment reliability, the " factors of human" becomes the main causes of accidents of security production .The study finds out that everyone can present a stable characteristics of individual initiative, it decides individuals' attitude and behavior reaction facing things.Obviously,the initiative feature of the "person" playing a role in security production management has the characteristics of stability, it affects individual security production behaviors.Therefore, the enterprise managers need to add individual initiative characteristics into security production management.The situation of security production at the present stage in China is grim, during the process of implementing security production management, some of the enterprise staff shows the low initial characteristics, prevent the enterprise from conducting security production activities.Therefore, we need to find out security production management methods suitable for this kind of individual initiative characteristics.
