Pipe Laying Analysis And Installation Technology Research For Flexible Pipe On Deep-sea

Flexible pipe is named as the "lifeline" of offshore oil and gas fields on the offshore oil and gas field development project, and plays a key role during the offshore oil development,production and transportation. Compared with steel pipe, flexible cables have the advantage with excellent flexibility,easy installation and so on. With the development of oil and gas resource, more flexible hoses and umbilical cables will be used and the corresponding installation and maintenance projects will also increase.Based on the research of foreign technical status of deep sea flexible pipe, this paper take a systematic study about umbilical cables and flexible hoses on related issues such as application installation. First take an introduction about the structure form and pipe laying status of the flexible hose and umbilical cables and related supporting annex; then through description of the working environment and the main load contains, the research has made for flexible pipe laying simulation numerical analysis technology on all stage for full process, and apply to actual project; last through collecting the scattered data of flexible pipe installation technology, systematically detailed each step of the flexible pipe installation process.As the development of deep water offshore oil and gas fields, flexible pipe will get more and more applications. And the results of this paper will plays a certain role in promoting technology development for deep water flexible pipe laying analysis and installation, so as to realize an independent and complete deep water flexible pipe laying.
