Research On Structure And Hydraulic System Of Flexible Pipe Reel Drive Device For The Deepsea

With marine oil and gas exploration technology development, sea oil and gas development is turning from the shallow sea to deep sea in China。Sea oil and gas resources will be transported to the appropriate storage device through the pipeline in the seabed. With characteristics of small mass,large deflection and easy installation, the flexible pipes are widely used。Pipe—laying equipment is important for lying pipeline in the bottom of sea。Pipe-laying equipment and technology play determined role in the exploring of sea oil source. However, Chinese pipe-laying equipment can only works in the shallow sea, and fall behind with the foreign countries。This paper rooted research projects"Flexible pipe reel drive Device of the deepsea"of COOEC, which has the purpose to control the related technology.The foreign and civil development of the "Flexible Pipe Reel Drive Device of the deepsea" is introduced in this paper. Analysis of force about the flexible pipe in seawater and study of laying method is also studied。In this paper, advanced technology as the reference, the overall program is designed according to the defined requirements, and its working principle is also described in detail。Overall structural design of the"Flexible Pipe Reel Drive Device of the deepsea" is designed, a three-dimensional model of the device is established by using UG software。Aiming at the special working environment for the"Flexible pipe reel drive Device of the deep sea", forces on the device generated by wave loads is studied。This paper uses ANSYS/ LS-DYNA software to carry out the finite element analysis of important parts, in order to improve the design of the structure。Paper has designed the hydraulic system of "Flexible Pipe Reel Drive Device of the deepsea", describes the working principle of various sub-systems and establishes for mathematical model of the hydraulic system。By using Matlab/Simulink software, the paper analysises the system response speed and Bode diagram of open-loop transfer function, Study the parameters that affect system performance。...
