With the continuous development of world economy and technology, countries in the world start to focus on the ocean, and gradually accelerate the pace into the ocean. China as a big consumer of oil resources, have also started to attach importance to and strengthened the research of offshore oil and gas resources exploration and Mining technology. The submarine pipeline laying system as a foundation for offshore oil resources exploitation has gradually developed,and the hose laying system as the special laying equipment for subsea oil hose has also gradually developed, but the technology is still monopolized by a few companies abroad.The research is derived from the scientific research project of China National Offshore Oil Company, The key technologies research and development of the prototype of the hose laying system. In this paper, we complete the design of the hose laying system on the basis of reading the related literature and analyzing the foreign advanced technology,also lay a solid foundation for more in-depth research in the hose laying system and the development of the hose laying system with independent intellectual property rights.This paper first introduce the development of the pipeline laying technology and the present development situation of hose laying system at home and abroad, then the paper study the laying process of hose laying system and design the overall scheme of hose laying system,according to reading the related literature, absorption and studying the related technology,around the working principle of hose laying system,and based on the technical specifications and design requirements of the hose laying system.This paper designs the structure of the key equipment in detail on the basis of in-depth study on the laying process of system and the overall scheme. The paper builds the model using Pro/E software, through the motion interference inspection to verify the rationality of the structure design; and carries out strength analysis of the key structure using the analysis software ANSYS. The key equipment in hose laying system mainly include curvature adjusting wheel,straightening machine,hanging fixture and laying tower etc.This paper carries out the principle design of the hydraulic control system,according to the laying process of the system and the action sequence of hydraulic equipment in the system.The circuits in the design of system include holding circuit, emergency relief circuits, etc, and contain a manual control valve to ensure the system security and normal work in all cases.Finally, this paper carries out no wave load and the wave load dynamics analysis for the hose laying system by the ADAMS software, through the analysis of relevant data such as force etc, to verify that the design of the hose laying system accord with the requirements of design in terms of dynamic characteristics.
