The production efficiency of domestic automated cartoning machine can not fulfill the requirement of the market,high-end automated cartoning machine mostly rely on imports,High-speed box taking mechanism is the key part of the automatic cartoning machine,directed impact on the efficiency of the carton machine.Therefore,the research and development of the box-taking mechanism is an urgent topic in the pharmaceutical packaging industry.The thesis originates from enterprise cooperative project,and designs the high speed box-taking mechanism.The following is the main research contents in this paper:The conceptual design of the high speed box taking mechanism with the box speed of240 box/min,it use the morphological matrix method to obtain 64 schemes.By selecting 4kinds of evaluation scheme in-depth analysis,fuzzy evaluation,based on the fuzzy evaluation method obtain combination of planar six bar mechanism and cam mechanism.The design scheme of cam-link mechanisms of high speed box-taking mechanism.The synthesis of the crank rocker mechanism and the crank rocker mechanism is carried out by using the Use Rigid-Body Guidance Kinematic Synthesis method.The structural parameters of the six bar mechanism are obtained.And the kinematics analysis of Watt six bar mechanism is carried outIn this paper,a set of perfect 3D design method is presented for the design of the swing space cylindrical cam.Firstly,the motion law of cam follower is analyzed,the motion law of five items is selected as the law of follower motion.The relation between the maximum pressure angle and the minimum radius of the cam base circle is established.After that,builds the mathematical model of cam theoretic contour line using the space geometry method,the cylindrical cam contour line drawing in the Matlab space,and the space contour of space curvature analysis,obtained the minimum curvature radius,the radius of the roller is determined.Finally,the application of 3D design method on the design of high speed cam mechanism in space box,and the cam mechanism is obtained with the Watt six bar mechanism are combined to get cam connecting rod type full speed box taking mechanism.In the Creo,the virtual prototype of the cam link high speed box taking mechanism is constructed.Based on dynamic ADAMS simulation and analysis software of multiple rigid body system,simulation model that both force and movement is same as actual prototype isestablished,the correctness of the 3D design method for spatial cylindrical cam is verified.At the same time,the simulation analysis verifies the correctness of the design of high speed cam mechanism...
