Because of the simple technological process and good treatment effect,membrane filter method becomes one of the major oilfield reinjection water treatment processes.In this paper,flat ceramic membrane is used to filter the oily waste water,and the effect is good,which satisfied the grade A standard of low permeability oilfield reinjection water(SS<1mg/L,oil<5mg/L).However,with a long-term operation,the oil and suspended solids in the wastewater will be trapped in the raw water,increase the concentration of the oily wastewater,aggravate the situation of membrane fouling,shorten the operation cycle of the flat ceramic membrane,and increase the frequency of cleaning.In order to solve the problem above,the device of the flat ceramic membrane with electrolytic flotation is used to dispose the oily wastewater,and make sure that the device is capable of long-term continuous operation.Firstly,this paper put forward on the separate operation of the Test treatment of oily wastewater on flat ceramic membrane.Take distilled water as raw water to test run ceramic flat membrane device and check tightness and operation equipment.Then use oily wastewater as raw water to run flat ceramic membrane testing apparatus to process it.The research shows that the main factor affecting the flat ceramic membrane treatment effect quantity is aeration,membrane flux and temperature.According to previous ceramic flat membrane treatment oil field injection of Test research and flat ceramic membrane manufacturer requirements,means for determining the optimal operation temperature is 50 ?,the flux of 45L/(m2.h).Because the reaction vessel volume is increased by the test apparatus improved,Original aeration(1L/min)weakened scour of flat ceramic membranes,so we need to study the size for aeration pilot again.Take trans-membrane pressure as the evaluation criteria on runtime the flat ceramic membrane apparatus to impact of different aeration runtime.The results showed that:the aeration rate at 2.0L/min,the trans-membrane pressure of flat ceramic membrane runtime changes in the relative stability of the lightest film contamination.Single-cycle apparatus of flat ceramic membrane run time is 50h.In this paper,copper alloy metal mesh with titanium coating was used as electrode materials of electrolytic flotation device,because of its strong corrosion resistance,it solved the problem that serious corrosion and frequent replacement of the ordinary electrode plate.In the treatment of high concentration oily wastewater using electrolytic flotation,the study shows that the current strength was the main factor affecting the electrolytic flotation treatment.The effect of high concentration oily wastewater treatment using electrolytic flotation under different current strength was studied(SS>150mg/L,oil>150mg/L).The result showed that current strength was 1.5A,electrolysis time was 9min.The flat ceramic membrane device was combined with electrolytic flotation device to treat oily wastewater.When the concentration of oily wastewater was too high,running electrolytic flotation device reduced the oil content and suspended solids in raw water so that the flat ceramic membrane device always ran in suitable concentration of oily wastewater.The Test study showed that the oil content and suspended solids of high concentration oily wastewater in the reaction tank were effectively reduced by electrolytic flotation method.The method can reduce the degree of membrane fouling.The single-cycle time of flat ceramic membrane was extended from 50h to 65h,and it has a long-term continuous operation.
