At present,more and more people have high blood pressure,high cholesterol,high blood,that be treated with drug,but it has side effects,blueberry leaves as a product of the growth process of blueberries,contains a lot of polyphenols,which can reduce blood lipid and blood pressure.The research on the function of blueberry leaves polyphenols has a certain significance for developing new functional foods.In this paper,we studied the effect of antioxidant activity,blood pressure,blood lipid and liver of blueberry leaves polyphenols,to provid experimental basis for the development of natural drugs and functional foods.1.through the vitro experiments,the ABTS scavenging activity,DDPH radical scavenging ability,reducing power and ORAC of the blueberry leaves polyphenol were analyzed.Results showed that concentrations up to 500?g/mL,blueberry leaves polyphenol and Rutin of ABTS radical scavenging rate was same,was 80%,ABTS+ half clearance concentration of blueberry leaves polyphenols was(28.75+6.76)?g/mL,which was higher than that of Rutin(1.548+2.73)?g/mL.DDPH radical half clearance concentration of blueberry leaves polyphenols was(41.02±0.49)?g/mL,higher than that of Rutin(20.32±0.11)?g/mL.Concentration in the 400?g/mL,with the increase of concentration,the power was also increased.ORAC of blueberry leaves polyphenols was(0.94+0.06)(mol Trolox/g),that had no difference with Rutin.Although the antioxidant activity of blueberry leaves polyphenols is lower than Rutin,but it still has strong antioxidant activity,that can be used for the development of natural antioxidants.2.with the vitro experiments,we studied the inhibitory of blueberry leaves polyphenols on Angiotensin converting Enzyme(ACE)and spontaneously hypertensive rats as experimental animals,studied the effect of blood pressure in spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHR)of blueberry leaves polyphenols.The results showed that when the concentration of 90?g/mL,the inhibition rate of blueberry leaves polyphenols on ACE activity reached 80%,which showed that blueberry leaves polyphenols could effectively inhibit the ACE.The experimental with SHR results showed that five weeks later,compared with model group,the systolic pressure of the dose group of blueberry leaves polyphenols decreased by 5.2%,16.5%and 24%,and the diastolic pressure decreased by 4.9%,7.6%,7.7%.It shows that blueberry leaves polyphenols can inhibit the ACE,and reduce the systolic and diastolic pressure to lowering blood pressure,it can be used for the development of natural antihypertensive drugs.3.mice as the experimental object,by establishing the model of a high fat,to giving them different doses of blueberry leaves polyphenols,to studying the effect of blueberry leaves polyphenols on blood lipid and liver in mice.The results showed that mice does with blueberry leaves polyphenols of 50mg/kg/d,TC,LDL-C decreased than model(P<0.05),and AST of liver fell 26.7%by the model group(329.57±15.06)U/gprot.When blueberry leaves polyphenols increased to 150mg/kg/d,TC,TG,LDL-C were significantly lower than model group(P<0.05),HDL-C was higher than that of model group(P<0.05),and the AST of liver decreased significantly than model group(P<0.05).When the blueberry leaves polyphenols increased to 300mg/kg/d,TC,TG and LDL-C were reduced(P<0.05),HDL-C increased in the model group(P<0.05),compared with model,AST and ALT of liver fell 32.15%and 22.96%.Blueberry leaves polyphenols can significantly reduce the total cholesterol,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein cholesterol in mice serum,increase the level of high density lipoprotein cholesterol and reduce the content of aspartate aminotransferase and alanine aminotransferase of liver,it can regulate blood lipid and protect liver.
