With the development of simulated moving bed chromatography separation technology,it has been widely used in petrochemical industry,sugar industry and the pharmaceutical industry.Recently,in order to further enhance the separation effect of the simulated moving bed,intermittent simulated moving bed were put forward by the researchers.Due to the design structure of the intermittent simulated moving bed is simple,low cost,and the separation performance and productivity of the intermittent simulated moving bed is higher than conventional simulated moving bed,therefore,research on optimization of the simulated moving bed not only has important theoretical value,but also great practical application value in the separation performance.Optimizing the intermittent simulated moving bed separation process is a focus problem on the optimization of the simulated moving bed.In this paper,the improved moving asymptotes method apply to the purity of extract,the purity of raffinate,productivity and solvent consumption in the simulated moving bed separation process through online optimization control method.Feasibility of the improved moving asymptotes is verified by the triangle theory.To compare the optimization results of the NSGA-? and the optimization results of the improved moving asymptotes algorithm.The research of this paper worked information as follows:(1)The development and basic separation principle of simulated moving bed is introduced.The development of research on the application and the commonly mathematical model is given.(2)Based on Equilibrium Dispersive Model,applying the implicit difference method to solve the mathematical model.And the simulation tools in MATLAB are used for solving analysis.(3)In order to improve the separation performance of intermittent simulated moving bed,this paper uses the improved moving asymptote method and NSGA-?respectively in the maximum purity of extract and raffinate purity and maximize productivity and minimize solvent consumption in the simulated moving bed through online optimization control method.Feasibility of two methods is verified by the triangle theory.And results of the simulation is compared.Finally,the improve moving asymptote method was applied to the simulated moving bed and the intermittent simulated moving bed.And results of the simulation is compared.
