| The technology for wool scouring process by electrohydraulic impacting uses the discharge technology in liquid to wash wool.The discharge technology in liquid is applications which base on physical and chemical effects including strong electric field,ultraviolet,shock waves,cavitation and active substances.The research work developed in this paper is finding a possibility about using the liquid discharge technology wool scouring process.Its significance is that a new technique which is efficient,low energy consumption and no pollution will be developed to be provided to the wool scouring process.In this paper,a testing system is designed and established for discharge in liquid.It can be stable to realize the function of liquid discharge,control the discharge energy by adjusting the distance between the auxiliary electrodes and regulating the input voltage,and collect current and voltage wave form with high voltage oscilloscope probes,current transducers,the electrometer and the oscilloscope.In order to realize different experiment goals,three shapes capacitors are designed,and the sound level of discharge in liquid is measured.To arrange and conclude the calculation method of shockwave energy of discharge in liquid,and design destructive test to characterize the shockwave pressure.We take advantage of the testing system to apply the liquid discharge technology to wool scouring process of research and exploration.To adjust parameters of discharge makes several times of impacts on wool,and analysis wool cleaned with SEM.We also measure the liquid medium with pH value,the conductivity,turbidity,color and COD values.Experimental investigation shows that the technology of discharge in liquid is applicable to wool scouring process.It is beneficial to promote the development of new technology of wool washing. |
