Coke industry is a pillar estate in China's coal industry.And coke oven gas collector pressure is the key technical index in coke production,which directly affects the quality of coke,equipment loss and gas recovery,etc.Because of the system of gas collector pressure is a nonlinear industrial system,and has multiple variable coupling characteristics as well as external disturbances by site effects,so the traditional control(PID control)methods difficult to obtain effective control effect.Least squares support vector machine(LS-SVM)is a hot research field of intelligent control,which can automatically learn the structure of the model and has high tracking precision.And it can overcome the problems such as nonlinearity and limited data samples.The internal model control method based on LS-SVM inverse decoupling makes full use of the advantages of LS-SVM,and combines the inverse system and internal model control,which can not only solve the coupling effect of the system,but also achieve the stability and robustness of the system.On the base of familiarity with the the coking production process and the characteristics of gas collector pressure system,firstly we use LS-SVM to identify the model of the system,to avoid the tedious mathematical derivation of mechanism modeling.The simulation results show that the gas collector pressure own characteristics of nonlinear and strong coupling,which laid the foundation for the control algorithm.Secondly,according to the strong coupling characteristics of the research object,the LS-SVM inverse system of the double collector pressure system is constructed to decouple it into two independent pseudo linear subsystems.By using LS-SVM to identify the inverse system of the gas collector pressure,the problem of the accurate mathematical model is solved.At the same time,in order to ensure the anti-interference and robustness of the controlled system,the internal model controller is designed to make the two single input single output subsystem closed loop.Finally,the simulation results in MATLAB show that the decoupling effect of pressure system is satisfactory and tracking accuracy is high.It not only enhances the anti-interference ability of the collector pressure system,but also has good robustness.The explains the design strategy of gas collector pressure system is effective.
