In coking process, the stable pressure of gas collector is an important industrial parameter. Its stability directly influences the life of coke ovens and coke production. The gas collector pressure control system of coke ovens is a complicated multivariable, nonlinear and time variant, strong external disturbances and complex coupling relations ones in the coke oven group. It is not easy to set up precise mathematical model. Along with the science and technology development, many coke ovens in parallel system are adopted gradually because of coke industry developing on a large scale. Comparing the two gas collectors system, controlling the pressure for the three gas collectors or over three ones will more difficult.This thesis introduces the engineering outline of "Refrom item of coke oven collector pressure control system of Chang-Chun charking factory". Firstly, making reference to all kinds of models of the collectors at home and abroad and analyzing the foactors with influence the gas collector pressure, a new dynamic model based on physics concept strategies is established. Secondly, the author proposes a multi-level intelligent control tactics which combines the fuzzy control of parameters self-adjusting on line, multivariable fuzzy rules decoupling and the technology with frequency converter, and gives its algorithm of fuzzy control emphatically, and realizes stable control of the pressure for the gas collectors. Finally, the simulating models for gas collector pressure system and gas collector pressure control system is established under the condition of software MATLAB, which is very popular at home and abroad today. The rationality and validity of the established modelling and control method were inspected by simulating results. It shows that the simulating effect is satisfactory.
