All along, the gas collector pressure control is an important link of the coke oven production, it not only affects the environment protection, energy depletion, product recycling, also affects the production condition and life of coke oven. With the development of society and economy, the steel industry faces increasing the pressure of energy conservation and environmental protection. Implement of fine management, reduce costs, also became the key to the survival and development of the enterprise. So,through improvement of automation, to achieve the stability control gas collector pressure, have important practical significance.And for a long time, the gas collector pressure of coke oven are using single loop PID controlled way. But, the control of gas collector pressure has a lot of characteristics,such as complex interference factors, strong coupling, nonlinearity, big time-delay and so on.And there may be a network distribution asymmetry,the performance of measurement and control equipment is poor, all of this broughts trouble to control. To solve the above problems, improve the control of gas collecting, this paper analyzes the object properties of gas collector pressure, discusses the main factors influencing the control, carry out a large number of external equipment modification?And connecting with the practice, put long-term, effective operation experience of the coke oven production into control rules, puts forward and designs a kind of fuzzy control, feedforward control and PID control with the combination of control scheme, and the introduction of expert system and decoupling control, and offline simulation is carried out by using Matlab software. In the original based on Siemens S7-400 PLC control system, PLC programming and monitoring screen configuration, eventually be implemented in the actual production.This article is based on renovation project about the pressure fuzzy control of liuzhou iron and steel group company, adopts the method of theory combining with the actual development. The control mode is not necessarily the most advanced design in this paper, but proved to be effective right,it embodies the significance of engineering practice. By putting-in-service proactively this system, achieve the complementary advantages of classic PID control and fuzzy control algorithm, to automatically adjust the no.4 coke oven gas collector pressure, the control performance is obviously improved, achieved good economic and social benefits, laid a foundation for subsequent modification to improve and promote other coke oven system.
