With the single composition fabric dyeing as a basis,the graphics staining of multi-component fabric in supercritical CO2 is that using the nontarget content,the target textiles were been sewed,twisted and strapped,then dyed in supercritical CO2.According to the differences physical properties,dyeing and finishing performance of different fabric,the technological parameters that are graphics dyeing parameters of multi-component fabric in supercritical CO2 was be analyzed and optimized,to achieve repetitive production.For multi-component fabric have many varieties,so modal blended fabric,tencel blended fabric was studied in the paper.In this paper,the dyeing pattern was designed and the appropriate materials and tools as anti-dyeing thing were selected.Explore different ways and means to tied dyeing fabric in designed pattern.In the Papers from the principle of thermodynamics,kinetic to analyzed the graphics dyeing mechanism of two-component fabric in supercritical CO2.Supercritical CO2 graphics dyeing is divided into color graphics dyeing as well as monochrome graphics dyeing.Monochrome graphics dyeing use the principle of anti-dyeing.The color graphics dyeing use the differences of the dye diffusion properties as well as the capillary effect.Anti-dyeing effects mainly depend on temperature and pressure of carbon dioxide dyeing,tied intensity and so on.Dye diffusion rate in Color graphics dyeing process determined by the micro-gap size of the molecular structure,tied mouth,and the fiber itself.The micro-gap size is small or dye molecules are large,it is easy to form mechanical obstacles of the proliferation.So the probability that Dye molecules through the micro-gap are relatively low,diffusion is relatively slow.Small dye molecules and big micro-gap are conducive to the diffusion of the dye molecules.Those who increased the size of micro-gap?swelling,heating?are conducive to the spread of dye,These factors will be further studied in this article.
