The control mechanism and the surrounding rock control technology of the complicated difficult conditions are the major research directions of coal mine exploitation..In the residual coal remining process,tunneling and mining will encounter different situations of coal and rock mass fracture zone and fracture zone of roadway support support technology is decided to residual mining key factors to the success of the project.The research on the control of broken rock surrounding rock is of great theoretical and practical value.Shanxi Coal Group Zezhou Tian San Hua Coal in 3101 coal 3#layout of the fully mechanized face,met old mining area complex geological conditions,mining roadway layout needs from time to time through broken zone and old mining legacy of coal pillar,driving the usually boring and a supporting method can not meet the safety requirements.On the basis of analyzing the geological conditions of coal residues,the mechanical characteristics and stability of broken coal rock are analyzed,and the main technical scheme of controlling the surrounding rock is put forward.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1.The geological exploration and research,within the range of Shanxi Coal Group Zezhou Tian San China coal mine 3#coal the delineation of surface of roadway surrounding rock characteristics to be classified,divided into three categories:Ⅰ,solid coal pillar;Ⅱ,mined out area;III,roof take drop zone.2.Combining with the layout of the scene,the failure mechanism of the coal rock in the surrounding rock is theoretically analyzed.;3.The mining roadway supporting design is divided into two steps,divided into pre reinforcement design of bolting design and drivage after supporting.The advanced supporting system is compared with three different ways:lead small pipe grouting support,pipe roof support,full section grouting reinforcement support.4.The technical scheme of the grouting control surrounding rock is put forward,and the relevant factors that affect the grouting effect are studied.The injection technology,the grouting material,the grouting layer thickness are studied.5.To pre reinforcement supporting scheme and into Xiang after the permanent support of supporting scheme by numerical simulation.Through three different supporting system to optimize supporting scheme,analyzes the stress field distribution of tunnel,the horizontal direction and vertical direction deformation and surrounding rock plastic zone.Based on the contrast,it is concluded that the optimal in Shanxi Coal Group Zezhou TiAnSanHua Coal 3#coal 3101 face engineering background support in advance.
