With the constant improvement of the coal mining face automation level,puts forward higher requirements on working face equipment in coal mine,the traditional support equipment such as hydraulic prop on the movement speed and support strength already cannot satisfy the requirement of the stoping laneway bolting,complicated conditions to advance and extraction tunnel supporting problems are put forward,these problems result in the failure of safe and efficient production in coal face.In order to solve the problems of slow moving speed and insufficient support strength of advance support equipments.According to the coal seam occurrence conditions and practical application requirements of 1207 working face in Yaping Coal Mine,this paper takes ZFDC12600/19.5/40 stacked hydraulic support as the research object,and designs and studies the advanced stacked hydraulic support.Firstly,the thesis calculates the initial and periodic weighting step of the roof in 1207 working face according to the occurrence conditions of the coal seam in the mining roadway,so as to judge the stability of the roof.These works lay a foundation for determining the technical parameters of the hydraulic support.The coupling relationship between the stacking support and the surrounding rock is discussed from the stiffness and strength of the support and the surrounding rock,and the overall design scheme of the stacking hydraulic support is put forward.Secondly,according to the design conditions,the main parts of the hydraulic support are designed,including the jack,jack,column and four-link structure.SolidWorks is used to build its three-dimensional model,and after assembly,the model of the whole hydraulic support and the double hydraulic support connection is obtained.Secondly,according to the action function of the advanced stacking support in the mining roadway,the hydraulic control system of the support is designed.The hydraulic simulation software AMESim is used to simulate and analyze the main circuit of the stacking hydraulic support,including the double telescopic column control circuit,the inter-frame push control circuit and the side guard panel circuit,so as to ensure the correctness of the hydraulic system design.Finally,the adaptability of the stacked hydraulic support is analyzed.On the basis of the analysis of the mechanical characteristics,the static simulation and fatigue analysis of the hydraulic support are carried out by using the computer simulation software ANSYS workbench,which proves that the designed structure has good adaptability.Through the structural design,hydraulic control system design and simulation study of ZFDC12600/19.5/40 stacked hydraulic support,the rationality of the design is verified,they prove that the designed support can meet the support requirements of mining roadway,and can effectively solve the problems of insufficient support strength and low automation of the advanced support.The stacked advance support is designed as a group of two supports before and after the support of mining roadway,which can adapt to the situation of floor heave.The research results have important reference value for the research of support equipment of mining roadway,and play an active role in improving the support level of working face under complex conditions in China.
