Wash oil is the distillate ranging from 230? to 300? by distillation of the coal tar,which contain richly some organic raw materials for chemical synthesis such as quinoline,naphthalene,a-methylnaphthalene,?-methylnaphthalene,acenaphthene.etc.These materials are widely used in medicine,energy,plastic,rubber,functional material and other fields.However,the processing and utilization of wash oil is narrow in range today in our country,and it is mainly used to reduce benzene from coke oven gas,which is low in price.A lot of wash oil resources were wasted because of the unreasonable use.Facing increasingly short chemical raw materials and its advance in price as the rapid development of fine chemicals industry,people have come to pay more and more attentions to utilization of wash oil.The work in this paper is constructed around the target for improving the utilization efficiency and promoting its use value of wash oil,The work in this paper consists of two parts,the study on the separation and purification of quinoline,naphthalene,?-methylnaphthalene,acenaphthene in wash oil and the study on synthesis of highly effective water reducing agent by low distillate of neutral wash oil.1.The study on extraction of quinoline,naphthalene,?-methylnaphthalene and acenaphthene.Firstly,Crude quinoline was obtained by acid pickling of wash oil,and we purify quinoline by distillation.The basic components was removed from the organic phase after acid pickling by alkaline washing.Then the enriched fractions of every component were obtained by distillation of the neutral wash oil,respectively.According to the content of the target component in the enriched fractions and the characteristics of its structure and nature,the effect using different separation processes and process parameters on the extraction efficiency were studied,and finally we obtain the best extraction process.The advantage of this method is that using the step separation,it could reduce the difficulty of the separation of heavy constituents in wash oil,while avoiding product loss and energy consumption due to the complexity of the separation process.2.The study on preparation of water-reducing agent by use of the low fractions of neutral wash oil.In this paper,the water-reducing agent was synthesized using the low distillate of 185?215 ? from vacuum distillation of the neutral wash oil under vacuum degree 0.05MPa.The raw material mainly contain three components of naphthalene,a-methylnaphthalene and ?-methylnaphthalene,which is suitable for preparing water-reducing agent.The raw material was followed by four steps of sulfonation,hydrolysis reaction,condensation reaction,and neutralization reaction to synthesize the water-reducing agent.Using the method of combining the single factor and orthogonal experiments,the water-reducing agent process parameters were optimized systematically and comprehensively to get the best conditions of the synthesis of water-reducing agent.we characterize the molecular structure and properties of the water-reducing agent synthesized under the the optimal condition.The results showed that the concrete water-reducing rate can reach 25%when the water-reducing agent dosage is 1%,and the sodium sulfate content,free formaldehyde content,the compressive strength ratio and other performance indicators are all in line with national standards.
