The phase change material is one of the storage materials recently applied to promising industry.Packaging Phase Change Material is the key factor for its usage.The phase-change-materials of microencapsulate were prepared using urea-formaldehyde resin as the shell,dodecanol as the core,and SMA(styrene-maleic anhydride)resin as the surfactant by in-situ polymerization in this thesis.Determine the best preparation program by changing the experimental parameters.Firstly,the choice of core material to wall material made the analysis shows that this experiment we use urea formaldehyde resin as wall material,inexpensive and easy to get dodecanol phase change material as a core material.On this basis,the quality of our core wall material ratio on the phase change material made experimental research and analysis,experimental results show that:the core wall mass ratio is 3:1,more visible particle size distribution,surface of the spherical structure is also smoother,better surface morphology of microcapsules.Finally,the study of urea and melamine different molar ratios and different NaCl percentage,emulsifier Kinds and Dosage influence on respectively phase change material properties.The results show that:urea and melamine molar ratio of 1:3,the microcapsules have a more significant particle size distribution,surface of the spherical structure is also comparatively smooth surface morphology better;quality of NaCl 5%of the mass of the core material of microcapsules maximum transmittance,have a more significant particle size distribution,surface of the spherical structures are smooth;emulsifier OP-10 is available when the preferred emulsifying effect,the addition amount of emulsifier is less than 5%by mass of the core capsule,with increasing the amount of emulsifier,the dispersibility of the capsule increases,greater than 5%when added,Instead the dispersibility is deteriorated,there are more flocculation,so the choice of emulsifier added in an number of 5%by mass of the core capsule,the resulting microcapsules higher capsule core content,good thermal storage properties.
