Currently, with the development of computer and automation technology, the production of goods manufacturers gradually used high-end automation equipment to instead of manual operation. The printing industry is no exception, for the high requirements of print quality of printing equipment and the increasingly accelerated, the quality control of the manual has been unable to adapt to the current needs of printing online detection equipment arrived into being. To accurately reflect the quality of printing,the color of accurate reproduction is absolutely necessary.This project is devoted to the development of color management software based on the online detection of printing quality, to realize the obtaining, conversion and display of color accurately. According to the characteristics of online printing quality detection equipment to get images, this paper based on the mathematical model of matrix, through the drive to read the value of color scanning, data calculation was born into an ICC profile, and in strict accordance with the standard format of ICC profile, create a color profile of on-line printing quality detection equipment CCD. Using Little CMS source code of the color space transformation library to finish space conversion program, in order to realize the conversion of color from the RGB device driver value of CCD to the color space of CMYK, so as to calculate the amount of ink used to guide the adjustment of production data in the process of the sample color, at the same time, conversion of color from the RGB device driver value of CCD to the RGB color space of display, realize the faithful reproduction of proofs.The subject of PRESS-CMS software used Windows Microsoft 7 for the development environment, Studio Visual 2013 for the development platform, VC++ for the development of programming language. In this paper, the two methods of relative and absolute confirmed that the Little CMS has highly reliable in the conversion of color space, and through subjective and objective evaluation results obtained by curve fitting better with three polynomial, processed by this software online detection system is sample scan of the original proofs color effect a better conclusion.
