According to the theory of project evaluation, this paper make detailed survey and feasibility analysis to the project of large-scale comprehensive menchanization of mining equipment to provide coal handling facilities. Firstly, the paper introduces the background of the project, according to the national coal resources development prospects and the current state of basic national conditions analyzed the necessity and significance of the project. Secondly by the related literature review, this paper mainly introduces the development process of project evaluation, project evaluation of the theoretical basis of analysis and project evaluation steps.Thirdly, this paper analysis the market of the program, respectively from the broad space of mechanized coal mining machinery, the market demand forecasting of comprehensive tunneling equipment and huaibei mining area coal mine fully mechanized comprehensive tunneling equipment market analysis. Finally, the paper has carried on the project scheme design and analysis, respectively from the product scheme, process design, ventilation and dust removal, environmental temperature control, power supply, site selection, general layout, transportation, factory organization capacity and personnel training and so on several aspects has carried on the detailed planning and instructions, and use the project feasibility analysis method to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the project, including the design of water supply and drainage, power supply and integrated wiring, energy saving, environmental protection, fire control analysis and project implementation planning for rational use of energy. On this basis, this paper detailed analysis including investment estimation analysis, economy analysis, the influence to the environment and society using projects’feasibility analysis method.In conclusion, the project is feasible.
