Carbide bonded graphene coating is a relatively new form of graphene coating. The continuous and dense bonded graphene coating can be prepared in the substrate by liquid carbon source chemical vapor deposition method (L-CVD), the performance control and mechanism of graphene coating were studied by orthogonal test. In the three-dimensional network,the connection of the graphene layer of reinforced SP3 bond can be used as a membrane heater, only low-voltage power supply can realise the cavity surface temperature increased to over 100? quickly and real-time control.So it has a special temperature control performance and good prospects in the rapid thermal cycle molding. In this paper, the graphene coating is initially applied to the rapid thermal cycling, and the influence of the new rapid thermal cycle injection molding on the fiber orientation of the ultra-thin parts is analyzed.The main work of this subject and the research results are as follows:1?Establishing an experimental platform for the preparation of graphene nano-coating by chemical vapor deposition (L-CVD) using liquid carbon source. The mechanism of growth and performance regulation of graphene coating is clarified. The graphene nano-coating were characterized by the graphene disorder, the microstructure, the surface roughness, the mechanical properties, the electrical conductivity, the uniformity and the bonding strength. The critical relationship between the critical process parameters (auxiliary gas flow rate, deposition temperature,reaction temperature and reaction time) and the surface resistance, disorder and thickness of the graphene coating was explored.2?Building a micro-injection molding dynamic mold temperature control experimental platform. The experimental results show that the uniformity of the conductivity of the graphene coating is 1.34%, and the heating rate of the surface of the graphene coating can reach 5.83 ?/s.Using the graphene nano-coating on the mold cavity surface as the film heater to build a rapid thermal cycle injection molding system.3?Applying the graphene coating to rapid thermal cycle injection molding. To analysis the fiber distribution in PP products by numerical simulation. The influence of mold temperature on the filling process of high proportion fiber was studied, and the advantages of graphene coating on the rapid thermal cycling injection molding were proved compared with the conventional method.
