N,N-diethyl formamide is a kind of important polar organic solvent and synthetic intermediates,and has important application value in the field of synthetic chemistry.Carbonylation of amine has attracted broad attention from the academic circles and the industrial world because of the high selectivity,and the environment friendliness of "the atomic efficiency".It can make full use of coal gasification technology and be beneficial to the development of down-stream products of coal chemical industry and increase additional value of product,so CO as carbonylation reaction of carbonyl source is an important research direction in the C1 resources.In this dissertation,the method for synthesis of N,N-diethyl formamide was studied.The specific research contents include the following aspects:N,N-diethyl formamide were synthesized by the one step method using diethylamine and CO,sodium methoxide and Sodium ethoxide as alkaline catalyst.The results of gas phase shows that sodium methoxide and Sodium ethoxide can improve the synthetic rate,catalytic effect of sodium ethoxide is better especially.When sodium ethoxide was catalyst,the optimal scheme was studied by changing the temperature,pressure,reaction time,catalyst dosage and other experimental conditions.at the same time the reaction mechanism was analyzed.Experimental results show that the selectivity N,N-diethyl formamide reached to 99.78%in the 30 minutes,when the 3%(wt)sodium ethoxide was used to be catalyst,pressure and temperature separately were 2.5 MPa and 80?.Device used in the pilot scheme is remoulded on the basis of the original DMF production device and production process was improved in raw materials,process conditions and devices combining the production practice.The results showed that it reduces investment and costing of the equipment,so it is suitable for large-scale continuous production.It's technology is advanced,raw material price is low and purity of product is above 99%,at the same time the product yield was improved.
