| Methylamine(CH3NH2)is a kind of important organic chemical material,which is mainly used in the synthesis of rubber vulcanization accelerator,printing and dyeing,medicine,insect repellent products,surfactant,etc.Shandong Hualu-Hengsheng Chemical CO.LTD has a capacity of 8000 t/y of methylamine devie.It adopts the methanol ammoniation method which is very mature and reliable in our contry,producing a methylamine,dimethylamine and trimethylamine.At present,the device is short of optimization and energy consumption in the matter of technology.the following research has been carried out.1.Through researching at zhe existing process of 3#methylanine device,analyzing the operating date,optimizing the process system,the cost of production has been reduced,At zhe same time,zhe quality of all kinds of methylamine also has been improved.2.By means of actual production data and literature data the methylamine synthesis reactor were analyzed,obtaining rule of methylamine reaction,making the key factors influencing the reaction clear,optimizing operation,improving the yield of dimethylamine product.3.Using aspen software to simulate the separation of ammonia tower,tower and other business accounting,analysis the existing plate number,feed position,the influence of reflux ratio and other conditions on product quality,and by rectifying column transformation to realize production optimization.4.On part of the heat exchanger in the system,the application of aspen software simulation and calculation,heat balance of practical and effective improvement scheme has been put forward.The problems such as larg steam consumption and insufficient heat utilization has been solved.5.Tracking various technique effect,through the operation regulation,the on-line tuning has been realized. |
