| With the upgrade of gasoline,diesel oil,as well as to the crude oil processing degree of deepening,refining enterprises constantly increasing demand for hydrogen,making hydrogen production device in refining industry status more and more high.Reducing the comprehensive energy consumption of hydrogen production equipment is an urgent problem to be solved in the whole refining industry.The energy consumption distribution and technical characteristics of hydrogen plant are analyzed and studied systematically.A series of measures to reduce the energy consumption of hydrogen production equipment are put forward.The feasibility study of these measures has been carried out and five specific technical renovation schemes have been put forward.Of hydrogen production unit by hydrogen furnace optimization reformation,high and low pressure pipe network control system,utilizing the means such as refinery in low concentration hydrogen purification of hydrogen production,increased the conversion furnace heat removal effect,reduce the grate smoke temperature,improve the conversion furnace thermal efficiency;The raw gas outlet temperature of raw material preheating section is improved,the conversion rate is increased,and the production load is guaranteed.The increase of self-produced external supply of 3.5mpa steam quantity greatly reduced the energy consumption of the device.Through the feed gas in the coking dry gas transformation,solved the problem of the summer dry gas surplus for the company,but also reduce the cost of raw materials,decrease the company the torch light,have achieved good economic and social benefits;By adding frequency conversion to the converter blower,it optimizes the adjusting mode of the inlet air volume of the converter,and reduces the power consumption of the device.The energy consumption of the equipment has been reduced considerably before the renovation,which has brought considerable economic and social benefits to the company. |
