UV-moisture polysiloxane received attention because of the characteristics of fast setting,deep curing and excellent physical properties.In this thesis,UV-moisture acrylic modified polysiloxane,photo-curable silicon-containing monomer and MTQ resin were designed,and their properties were studied.The photo-curable organic monomers?MAE-Si-OCH3?were synthesized by the reaction of KH-570 and HEMA in the presence of sodium ethoxide.The UV-moisture polysiloxanes?MAE-SiO-OCH3?were synthesized by the reaction MAE-Si-OCH3 and hydroxy-terminated polysiloxane using the same catalyst.MTQ resins were synthesized by KH-570,MM and TEOS.The monomers and polysiloxane:MAE-SiO-OCH3,MAE-SiO-OCH3 and MTQ were characterized by IR,1H-NMR and GPC.The ratio of methoxy group and double group in MAE-Si-OCH3,The ratio of methoxy group,double group and Si-CH3 in MAE-SiO-OCH3 were determined by 1H-NMR.Using FT-IR method studied the photocuring properties of MAE-Si-OCH3.The photocuring property,moisture curing property and UV-moisture curing property of MAE-SiO-OCH3 were studied by gel rate method.Using the method of gel yield,we studied the photocuring properties of MAE-Si-OCH3.The study found that the UV curing conversion of MAE-Si-OCH3,MAE-SiO-OCH3 and MTQ reached 80%.The gel yield,about dual curing of MAE-SiO-OCH3 is higher than that of single curing.The physical properties of different UV-moisture curing polysiloxanes,such as hydrophobic,adhesion,hardness were investigated.Studies showed that MAE-Si05-OCH3 is a relatively optimal UV-moisture curing polysiloxane.
