| The population of China has entered the stage of aging, pension and housing has become an important social problem. The elderly as the special people, most of them are inconvenient,and stay at home in a long time, so the sanitary toilet products easy to use,practical, safety and comfort are very important to them. both Safe, practical, functional elderly toilet is still very rare, cannot provide personalized service for the elderly. In view of this situation, the elderly toilet design to enhance the ability of self-care, and improve their quality of life.Through online, offline mode research of older users and nursing staff 's needs to understand the current advantages, disadvantages of existing products, and design flaws.For the user demand analysis employed approximate diagram method, extracting the importance of customer demand makes installing and toilet auxiliary lifting important for production design, which is more important and popular in the group.We measured the body sizes related to the elderly toilet design, made a statistical analysis and got percentile of the corresponding size with male and female by small sample experiment. Compared the measurement of the size with the data in the national standard,contrast changing trends, determine and calculate human body data after correction. Then the measured body sizes and the corrected body sizes were compared, to determine the significant of differences in body size data and confirm the sizes of design.According to physiology characteristics, mental characteristics and demand analysis,we designed the elderly toilet. This thesis focuses on the demand which can assist the elderly to stand, helps the elderly to sit and stand. Considering the lifting device, safety handrails and toilet cushion and the lid, we made the overall design. According to different demands, it can be controlled by the elderly and the nurse. It means that the elderly can operate the auxiliary lifting by themselves or with the help of the nurse. |
