| With the acceleration of aging,the phenomenon of "empty nest" in China is further increasing.In home life,the kitchen is a place where the elderly spend more time and are more prone to accident.Slicing knife,multi-function knife,is most frequently used in the elderly in the kitchen of hand tools,cutting tools are currently on the market for universal design,less design considering the particularity of the elderly physiological,psychological factors drop,and repeated use is not reasonable cutting tools will cause certain parts of the upper limb muscle trauma,even endangers the safety of life.Therefore,this paper from the perspective of ergonomics,considering the special physiological needs of the elderly group and combined with surface electromyography technology to improve the design of the cutter,to reduce the elderly group muscle fatigue trend time and improve its safety in the kitchen is of great significance.In daily kitchen activities,long-term use of knives will cause cumulative muscle injury diseases.However,the muscle has not yet reached fatigue under the subjective perception of light tasks,so it is necessary to monitor the muscle electrical signals in real time.Through the analysis of the surface EMG technology acquisition system,it can be learned that the EMG signal contains a large number of muscle physiological information,can respond to the changes of the EMG signal in time,can help us understand the state of the muscle,and then reduce the trauma.Was studied in this paper on the basis of the elderly at home and abroad to use tool,combining with the ergonomics knowledge,summarizes the methods of electrical technology in the field of kitchen in the study of the feasibility principle,the cutting tool in daily use design again,the purpose is to design a conjunction physiological function decline in the elderly using the tool,to help the elderly get more confidence in the kitchen.The research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)In-depth study of domestic and foreign kitchen and kitchen cutting tools,the status quo,design criteria,and the direction of the combination of EMG technology and kitchen field.(2)Study on the acquisition and analysis of upper limb posture and EMG signals.It includes the selection of upper limb posture,muscle block and EMG signal acquisition and processing.The former is to select a specific posture before the cutting tool experiment to eliminate the interference of posture for subsequent experiments.The latter is to select the muscle mass during the task,and facilitate the measurement of the required experimental data results.(3)Research on orthogonal experiment design and cutting tool experiment.In this paper,according to the criterion of tool design,nine different shapes of tool handles were determined by orthogonal experiment on four factors,including the length,width,radian of the tail and proportion of the section.Based on the analysis of cutter experiment data collected by EMG signal under specific posture,the optimum size factor was deduced.(4)electromyography analysis method was used to study the muscle condition of the cutting tool experiment,including subjective evaluation and objective evaluation... |
