As the population aging trend in China increases,the demand for related industries is increasing day by day,and the quality of life of the elderly is also significantly increased.However,the service industry for the elderly is relatively lagging behind and cannot meet the living needs of the elderly today.The research content in this article is aimed at the elderly who suffer from joint stiffness and aging,and it is difficult to stand after sitting for a long time.An auxiliary standing seat is designed to help them stand,reduce the joint force of the lower limbs,and make the standing process easier.The main contents and results of the study are as follows:(1)Analyse the basic physiological characteristics of the elderly based on ergonomics,and analyse the relevant factors that affect the design of the elderly's seat in combination with physiological analysis.According to the physiological conditions of the human spine,intervertebral disc and hip pressure,the basic parameters of the seat base shape design are determined.And use the body size model parameters to construct the basic size of the elderly seat,and then use the literature to select a higher seat comfort correction value for size correction,and finally determine the basic seat size;(2)Use motion capture technology to obtain the motion trajectory,speed,acceleration and angle information of the joint points of the elderly and young people during standing and standing,and analyse and sort the obtained data.The study found that the human body's hip joint trajectory during the standing process is the best trajectory that is most suitable for the elderly seat-assisted standing mechanism movement,and the trajectory analysis found that the process of the body standing is not a straight line movement,but first in the horizontal direction Slightly moving forward moves the center of gravity forward before starting the standing process.Finally,the anatomical analysis and biomechanical analysis of the lower limbs and knee joints of the elderly were performed to understand the moment of the knee joints of the human body during the standing and standing movements;(3)Determine the motion trajectory of the mechanism based on the motion trajectory of the hip joint of the elderly obtained in the previous motion capture experiment,and select the four-link to achieve the desired design.First use the graphic method and the linkage map as a reference to determine the basic size of the linkage mechanism,then use MATLAB to optimize the mechanism and perform kinematic analysis of the mechanism,and finally use Solid Works to build the model;(4)Analyse the color and material of the elderly seat according to the principles of emotional design and user interviews.For the design of elderly seats,the color with lower brightness,purity and saturation should be selected,and the soft material should be selected in terms of material.Secondly,an interactive model of the elderly seat is established and analyzed.According to the needs of the spine health,a voice reminder function is set to allow him to actively adjust his sitting posture.The armrest of the seat is added with a stretchable heightening device,and the device is set as a switch to activate the auxiliary lifting function.Finally,the overall appearance of the elderly assisted standing seat is modeled and rendered.The research results have certain practical application value for the product design of the elderly.The research results have certain practical application value for the design of elderly products.
