| This paper, obtained from the analysis of the deep tunnel adjacent rock distortion destruction characteristic and the support mechanics of the pre-stressed bolt, viewing of the tunnel support question of the situation of the deep released level great inclination angle broken roof, according to the analysis to the bolt support system "coefficient of efficiency", profits from and adopts one kind of new practical feasible support technology—the high-strength high pre-stressed yield bolt support system, and establishes the computation mechanics model for the coupling relations to the distortion between the stress of this support system and the deep tunnel adjacent rock, which has done the thorough research and the exploration by using the finite element numerical simulation method; Simultaneously, by using the ANSYS finite element analysis software, this paper has simulated the stress distribution characteristic of the deep released level developing tunnel adjacent rock and the distortion characteristic of the developing tunnel adjacent rock under the different support parameter function. After the appraisal and analysis, the reasonable support parameter of the high-strength high pre-stressed yield bolt support system in the developing tunnel has been initially determined. Through the synthesis test to the bolt installation load> the bolt drawing performance and the support system stress and the observation to the tunnel surface distortion and the roof abscission layer in the test tunnel, the correlation observation data has been obtained and analysed, and compared with the original support effect, the rationality and the validity of the tunnel support parameter has been affirmed. This support system has realized the deep tunnel "controllable to yield" and disposable support success, effectively solved the support problem with the great mining depth,the high ground stress,the great inclination angle,the pressure bump tendency and the small coal column roadway under the condition of the deep released level, and achieved the target of "the safe support,the fast support,the economical support and the effective support" , which provids the beneficial experience and model for the tunnel support under deep complex condition especially in the Xinwen mining area of our country. |
