At present, the water pollution is serious, and the water quality detection can help the managers to find out the problems in advance. The traditional water quality safety analysis is based on the field measurement and laboratory analysis. This method waste of human resources and a long time span. The data acquisition of a single node can also lead to a wrong conclusion. More intelligent and efficient sensor data detection system has become the trend of future development. In order to solve these problems, this paper designs a kind of equipment to improve the situation.Mobile water quality detection system is based on unmanned aerial vehicles, which combines embedded technology and wireless transmission technology can realize any positions measurement of a lake. At the same time, unmanned ship with its visual display interface and remote WEB access function, greatly facilitate the researchers to deal with special situations in a timely manner. This method has many advantages, such as mobile convenience, saving money and so on.Considering the latter will have to carry the heavy equipment, so the first we should solve the mechanical structure design problems. Secondly, the cabin interior is divided into several part, including power supply, sensor testing, control system,signal transmission. When the power supply is turned on, the detection system starts to work and the collected data is sent to the corresponding display terminal in a wireless way. The terminal includes LCD and web pages, that can achieve localization and remote functionality. After the completion of the system, the field test and functional test are carried out. The experimental results can basically meet the requirements of the experiment.
