In the mine hoisting process,speed regulation system is the key to ensure stable operation, and is the guarantee of safe and highly efficient production. The performance of the system may be influenced by some factors, such as external environment and internal parameters changes and so on. To improve the dynamic and anti-disturbance performance of the system, an intelligent control strategy is needed to regulate the speed on line.In the thesis, based on expert intelligent control theory, the expert control system was designed in the ways of adopting expert controller. The system was speed and current cascade control system, the current loop was inner loop and adopted traditional PID controller, and the speed loop was outer loop and adopted expert PID controller. The expert control strategy was based on conventional PID control, and then integral separation theory and control experience were introduced to optimize it,and the integral-separation expert PID control strategy was finally obtained. Aimed at the given mine hoist,the expert knowledge base was established,the expert control rules were set and the forward logic inference mechanism was adopted. In the speed regulation process, the error situation in the knowledge base was regarded as precondition by the interference engine, and then the precondition was matched with the expert rules, if they were matched successfully, the corresponding control quantity was outputted to the subsequent circuit of the system, and the speed dynamic adjustment was realized finally. TMS320F28335 DSP was used as core processor to design the digital control speed regulation system of the mine hoist. The hardware part was composed of main circuit, control circuit and detection circuit,and the electronic components were calculated and selected. The software part was composed of main program and interrupt service subroutine program. The ADC and eQEP module were used to measure current and speed respectively. The current was configured to regulated one time in each PWM cycle,and the speed was regulated one time in 100 PWM cycles. Based on MATLAB/ SIMULINK, models of the speed control driven system of mine hoist were established, and contrast analysis method was adopted to compare the control effects of traditional PID and expert PID strategy.The results showed that the expert PID strategy improved the dynamic and anti-disturbance performance of the system. Then the eMCP1000N experimental device was applied to build a set of DC speed regulation system. The results indicated that the expert PID control strategy also improved the performance of the actual system.
