China has a great coal reservation which stays at the front row in the world.The coal industry will still play an important role for a long time in our national economy and social development in the future. As the "artery" and "throat" of the coal mine production,the coal mine hoist will directly influence the coal production,even lead to person casualties once there is something wrong with the hoist.So,designing a suitable hoist control system of the coal mine is very important and significant for guaranteeing the safety and the high efficiency of coal production.In the background of main shaft hoist electrical control system of Zhaogu Mine belongs to Henan Jiaomei Group,the paper design a control system of main shaft hoist, mainly involved in system design, hardware design, software design and site operation and effect. The key work is as follows:(1)Review of research status at home and abroad of mine, put forward the necessity of subject.(2) Design the control overall scheme of the system for Zhaogu mine hoisting machine.(3)Design the monitoring system,control system and speed control system.with cycloconverter for speed regulation, ensure that enhance the stability of machine operation and effectively reduce the power consumption; the control system adopts PLC control mode, the design of PLC redundancy control, in order to improve the reliability of hoist operation;using WINCC software to enhance real-time monitoring machine running state, alarm after fault, and PC display operation and fault alarm signal.(4) The site commissioning and operation.The results after operation show that the design of the main shaft hoist control system can realize the basic control function, hardware and software is reliability,control effect is good.
