Gas compressor bears the boosting work of gas.The gas often contains a lot of dust,when the dust accumulates to a certain extent,increases the equipment load directly,causes the shaft temperature rise,destroys the dynamic balance of rotor,at the end of the shaft vibration occurs.Currently the cleaning method is usually outage device and disconnect the cover to remove the impeller to abrasive blasted with high cost.This paper combines acoustic wave dust removal technology of gas compressor.Its main task is to develop a system,which can monitor the temperature and vibration of the system.Then the temperature and vibration value become the index and control the device starting and stopping.We introduced the main working principle and performance of the key devices in this paper,include hardware circuit and software programming two aspects,then carried out the debug and analysis of the system.Finally,we evaluated the whole system.The system of acoustic wave dust removal of gas compressor is mainly composed of three parts,temperature vibration monitoring part,display part and monitoring part of the state.Temperature and vibration monitoring includes two parts,they are temperature sensor DS18B20,vibration sensor HZ891,their role is collected the temperature and vibration values and sent these data to the microcontroller;display part is mainly responsible for the real-time temperature,vibration values show and set the alarm range;status monitoring part's role is to show the working state,when the equipment detects something unusual,the acoustic wave dust removal of gas compressor to be set up,the equipment recovery normal.
