Gas compressor bears the boosting work of gas, by-product of iron and steel smelting. This gas often contains a lot of dust, before delivery into the gas compressor usually go through the wet dust removal, the gas still contains high level of dust and combined with mechanical water, bonding occurs on the blade during the compressor works, when the dust accumulates to a certain extent, increases the equipment load directly, causes the shaft temperature rise, destroys the dynamic balance of rotor, at the end of the shaft vibration occurs. Currently the cleaning method is usually outage device and disconnect the cover to remove the impeller to abrasive blasted with high cost.From the dust bonding mechanism on the gas compressor, determine the causes and stress of dust particles firstly, by reference of application experience and parameter selection in acoustic wave dust removal in the boiler slag, estimate applicable acoustic parameters in gas compressor dust removal, therefore, accordingly select the closest model parameters in existing acoustic cleaners molding products.According to acoustic theory, write program to reverse validation checking acoustic directivity characteristics and distribution of sound pressure on the sound source axis, and resulting in the conclusions that the selected acoustic parameters can meet the basic requirements. According to the gas compressor and specific working conditions and business needs, adjust,optimize and match the acoustic parameters according to the acoustics theory, thereby improved the effectiveness of the cleaning while reducing energy consumption and noise pollution.Propose a set of objective evaluation method which can indirectly reflect the situation of the gas compressor fouling, and based on this index as the basis to realize the automatic control, combined with the derived dust removal system process control transfer function model to determine the control algorithm, written a system control program in C language, and burn into the hardware control system based on STC90C51 MCU and DS18B20 digital temperature sensor, in order to achieve the purposes of gas compressor can be real-time deashing without outage...
