| Because of the poor working conditions and periodic severe wear,impact force of the bucket in loading process which will reduce the ore transportation efficiency and increase the costs,has an enormous impact on the hopper life.Ore gravity,inertial force and the dynamic characteristics of the device itself all have impacts on the machine during the loading and transport operations.Thus,the research of the bucket in loading process is crucial.It is difficult for researchers to combine dynamics and particle characteristics.Researchers deal with this problem respectively during the present simulation analysis,which neglects the effects of the discrete body movement on the mechanical movement and affects the accuracy of the simulation.Applying the co-simulation of MBD with DEM in the study of loading system will provide a more accurate and reliable experimental data.Simplify the whole vehicle model of mining truck and build a dynamic model of truck loading process Using 3D software Pro/E to establish the geometric model of the special type of mining truck and car hopper of the excavator,then create the virtual prototype of the loading system.Establish the contact model of particle-particle and particle-machine by EDEM.Carry out simulation experiment of ADAMS and EDEM by using EALink interface and analyze the simulation data.Truly realize the interaction between mechanical equipment and mineral materials.Analyze the impact of the truck in the loading process in the experiment and compare the impact of the mining truck car bucket loaded different size material particles.The experimental results show that large granular material impact on car bucket is greater than the small particles on the impact of the car hopper when the truck is loaded same quality material.Analyze mining truck speeds influence on car impact in the process of transportation.The experimental results show that the greater the truck driving speed,the greater the impact of the material,the impact of the truck owing to different speeds were similar through a flat surface,truck suspension force at the speed of 20 km/h is about 2.7%larger than running at the speed of 40 km/h.Compare and analyze the impact on the process of loading and transportation.Experimental results show that the impact loading of car bucket is larger than that of the transportation process,design and optimization of truck structure should be according to the experimental data in the loading process.Analyze the stress and deformation of the car bucket after loading.According to the results,the stress of bottom support and the tail is larger.The deformation of the car bucket tail is the largest. |
