Coalbed methane energy is one of indispensable,high-utilization and high-clean resources in the modern industry,also the coalbed methane pipeline has become the focus of attention.With the widely using of coalbed methane energy,pipeline transmission transport also have many unsafe factors,named hazard.The safety management of hazards is still unable to cover all aspects,such as the safety management is not in place,the distribution of hazards can not be carried out in time and other issues have become more and more serious at home,so,the control of security incidents need to focus on the control and the identification of hazards.The identification of hazards plays an important role in risk assessment and control of production activities.It is also the primary link of risk control in daily activities.The research and development of the "Hazard Identification Management System of Coalbed Methane Pipeline" is of great significance to the safety control and stay in business of coalbed methane pipeline.At the same time,it has played an important analysis of auxiliary role in measures prevention and information transmission.Also,human and material resources will reduce the unnecessary waste.How to identify the hazards,how to digitalize and systemize the identification and control of hazards is the focus of this paper.Based on the user demand and the identification and control of the hazards,the system,which takes " the major hazard identification" and enterprise-related hazard identification standards as a reference standard,uses the technology referred to in the paper to complete the system development,which standardized the hazard control mode,fitted the actual operation mode,the system is feasible and practical.The system uses qualitative approval,quantitative and semi-quantitative evaluation of three methods to identify the hazard,while at the same time,the system simulates the consequences of the vapor cloud explosion of hazard,and combining with GIS technology,system can intuitively shows the hazard and related status information and geographic information on the map.In addition,the system realizates the maintenance and management of hazard and related data,but also provides the hazard analysis of statistical functions and map filtering query,map mapping and other functions.Through the information technology to assist enterprises to carry out the safety of production safety inspection,and enhance the control of hazard,but also can assist to take some preventive measures and plans,to nip a thing in the bud.With the guide of the idea of the identification of the hazard of coalbed methane pipeline,the paper researched “Hazard Identification Management System of Coalbed Methane Pipeline”.The paper first introduces the research background and significance,analyses the status quo at home and abroad,then briefly introduces the research contents,the paper structure,and the technical background of the programming language and technology,the development platform and so on used in the system are described.Secondly,the paper introduces the system requirement analysis,mainly including the system of business requirement analysis,functional requirements and non-functional requirements analysis,etc,and then describes the system design principle,the architecture design,the function module design and the implementation of the system.
