In order to be more secure in production environment, safety supervision work should always be to protect the people’s life and property security, maintain social stability, promote national economic health, rapid and sustainable development as the primary task and purpose, and improve the safety management level. Under the background of rapid development of science and technology and economic globalization, safety production supervision and management will continue to face new problems and new situations. So, how to realize the dynamic supervision of production safety in our country and the innovation mode of sustainable management has become an urgent problem to be solved.While accident occuring, the impact of the accident and emergency rescue route planning is an urgent problem to be solved to reduce the casualties, to guide the efficient allocation of aid. Usually, fire and explosion are the most serious accidents. So it is necessary to calculate and analyze the influence range of fire and explosion. At the same time, the correct and feasible route is very important when the accident occurred. However, due to road construction, traffic accidents, rush hours and other unpredictable factors, it is very difficult to find a convenient way. So, how to choose a convenient and effective way in the disaster period is a convenient and effective way, and to provide reliable support for the arrival of fire vehicles, the delivery of relief materials, and the presence of rescue experts, is a very difficult problem.This thesis is aimed at the problem that need to be solved in the supervision of major hazard sources at home and abroad, regional major hazard monitoring and emergency rescue system based on cloud environment is constructed, including:(1) The structure of the system is systematically studied, and the business needs of the system, application support system needs, the construction of major risk sources, basic IT system construction needs, infrastructure needs and other needs are systematically analyzed. According to the safety production emergency overall business process, safety supervision process and other emergency main process, determine the various business scope of the emergency platform for safety production by "the hierarchical structure of the business area-business line-business matters", and the safety emergency rescue command system is constructed.(2) Effect range and stress field distribution of gas cloud explosion of combustible gas in open space is studied. The distribution law of the stress field in the open space combustible gas cloud explosion is derived. The stress of different sizes of different sizes of gas cloud explosion stress field is calculated, through programmed computer program.(3) Through the establishment of the gas cloud model, the effect of the explosive hazard and the stress field distribution of the combustible gas cloud explosion in the condition of obstacle are systematically studied. The variation of the pressure field in the process of explosion and the distribution of the pressure at the outer plate barrier are described, and the relationship between some obstacle and explosive strength of gas cloud is discussed. A computer software is programmed to calculate the equations. The caculated results of open space and have-obstales space are compared.(4) Research on the route and optimization algorithm of emergency rescue in disaster. A method for judging the real-time traffic conditions is designed. Using GPS, GIS, GPR to mmonitor of the running state of the rescue vehicles, and make reasonable judge. The selection and optimization algorithm is proposed aimed at the shortcomes of Dijkstra algorithm.(5) Construction of regional major hazard emergency rescue command system under cloud environment. Using Huainan city as the research object, the construction of emergency rescue command system of regional major hazard in Huainan city is discussed in detail, and Huainan city safety production emergency platform system is designed and programmed into a computer system.The research results can effectively achieve the regional major hazard sources of the cloud environment and the effective supervision and emergency rescue command in the disaster period, and this provides security for the production safety of enterprises under the new situation...
