With the rapid development of China's economy, the continuous improvement of people's living standard, textile not only needs to satisfy the requirement of the people to keep warm, beautiful, also need to meet the requirements of the health, environmental protection and comfortable. In recent years, the textile antibacterial, mouldproof, deodorization finishing machining get more attention of the people. As is known to all, silk fabric, with its soft luster, feel soft and hanging elegant characteristics, was deeply loved by consumers. At the same time, lots of sericin protein in the process of production of degumming process is discharged into the environment, causing water pollution, destroy the local environment balance.Sericin protein as a natural protein, with the water absorption, resistance to oxygen, oxygen permeability, cell protective, good anticoagulant hemorrhagic and good biocompatibility, direct emissions to the environment,is also a great waste of natural resources. This topic's main research objective is to using sericin protein as a reducing agent and dispersant, under certain conditions,to restore the silver ions and disperse the Nano silver sol of sericin protein.Nano silver sol of sericin protein can improve the softness, rough feeling and tickling feeling of the Linen, also can improve the antimicrobial properties of the Linen.silver nanoparticles used in textiles can meet medical using, such as the bandage, surgical towels and gauze and so on.In this paper, which combines the advantages of Linen and realize recycling sericin protein, also overcame the shortcoming of Linen, more importantly, the green environmental protection method to product the nanometer silver, greatly improve the antimicrobial properties of Linen, has economy, practical, the benefit of the green, environmental protection and other aspects. In this paper, firstly the study on preparation of nanometer silver sol, with Ultraviolet absorbance value and characterized by the particle size,to get the optimum production technology of nanometer silver sol.Secondly,we prepare oxidized Linen fabric with aldehyde group by selective oxidation, through testing strength loss, aldehyde content and whiteness as indexes. Finally, using the pad of baking method, through test antibacterial rate and whiteness,to get the nano silver sol the best finishing process of oxidation of flax fabric. The conclusion of this paper are as follows:(1)the best production technology of nanometersilver sol: concentration of 10 g/L of sericin, reaction temperature 90 ?,p H value of 10,the speed of 800 r/min,for 60 min;The size of the nano-silver solution was 2.891 nm and centrifugal stability and static stability are good.(2)the best oxidation process: 2 g/L sodium periodate, temperature of 50 ?,time of 50 min, aldehyde group tendency for 0.036 mmol/g;331.0 N breaking strength, strength loss of 24.7%,the whiteness of 138.88.(3)The reasonable finishing process: nanometer silver sol concentration 8%(V/V),preliminary drying temperature 80 ?,preliminary drying time is 3 min, curing temperature 110 ?,the curing time of 3 min.Oxidation of linen fabrics of staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli antibacterial rate of more than 99%.After 20 times washed, bacteriostatic rate can reach more than 85%.(4)FTIR spectra showed that after the oxidation of Linen fabric, can appear in 1735 cm-1 characteristic absorption peak,is stretching vibration peak aldehyde group.Finishing oxidation of linen fabrics,in the 1538 cm-1 has a characteristic absorption peak of C = N;SEM test shows: oxidized Linen fiber surface has lots of ravines. After Nano silver sol finishing oxidation Linen, fabric's surface has a layer of Nano silver sol, after washing many times, still exists a lot of Nano silver sol.
