The current environmental problems are becoming more and more serious,which has aroused public concern.In recent years,a large number of large thermal power plants,cement plants,tire factories and other polluting enterprises a large number of emissions of dust and pollutants,resulting in excessive concentrations of pollutants in the air,seriously affecting the air quality.Therefore,China's air pollution emission standards are also getting higher and higher,the major manufacturers to gradually increase the research and development of dust collector.As one of the most widely used two kinds of dust collector,cyclone dust collector and cartridge filter are difficult to meet the need of production.Although the cyclone dust collector has the advantages of simple structure,easy in manufacture,but just passable on the dust removal efficiency of fine dust filter cartridge;the dust collecting efficiency high,but the paste bag problems seriously affect the service life of the filter tube.Although the multistage dust collector can be used in parallel to achieve the purpose of dust removal,there are also problems such as large area and high cost.Therefore,the study on the cyclone dust collector has certain significance.By using Ansys and Fluent software to simulate the internal complex precipitator complex gas-solid two-phase flow simulation analysis,explore the impact factors of the composite dust catcher,and the duster structure optimization design.The study found that the cyclone filter cartridge deduster uniformity and rising gas velocity is a larger defect in the air,through the optimization of the composite structure of the dust collector and formbaffle element,have a better improvement on these issues.
