With the rapid development of the world economy and the progress of science and technology,the equipment manufacturing industry in our country is constantly upgrading.As the machine tools for equipment manufacturing industry,CNC machine tools are an important measure of a country's level of equipment manufacturing.CNC machine tools include CNC turret,turret,spindle box,feed mechanism and other key functional components and its subsidiary bodies.Although the domestic machine tool in the low-end and mid-range machine market share is rising,However,compared with foreign similar products,there are still some gaps in the reliability and performance stability of the key functional components of domestic machine tools.Therefore,it is still a challenge for the domestic machine tool manufacturing enterprises to reduce the gap between the reliability of CNC machine tools and the machining accuracy and reliability of the machine tools.As the key component of the machine tool,the reliability and stability of the numerical control tool holder are very important.Therefore,combined with the national science and technology major project “research and application of reliability assurance technology at the CNC machine tool manufacturing process”,This paper is based on AK36 CNC turret of a Yantai machine tool accessories group production as the research object,as well as studies the reliability and control technology,which demonstrates the reliability of the application of the host enterprise products to achieve 2000 hours,the reliability of the relevant functional components to reach the international advanced level.The study has important practical significance,but also for the follow-up work to lay a solid foundation.1)First of all,this paper introduces the current research situation of NC machine tools and CNC tool holders from the perspective of domestic and foreign,puts forward the research deficiency of the domestic CNC turret,and gives a brief overview of the reliability index.Then,we analyze the fault data of the user of the AK36 series numerical control tool holder of a machine tool accessory factory in Yantai,and calculate the cause of the failure of the tool post.2)This paper describes the research on the reliability improvement of the tool holder,from five aspects: the design analysis and improvement of the tool holder,the evaluation of the consistency of parts processing,the solution of the purchased parts,and the design of the test bench,and finally we formulate the corresponding reliability control measures.3)The fault judgment principle is used to judge the failure in the test of the tool holder.Finally,the fault was also monitored and recorded,and the reliability of the results was analyzed.
