As the basic equipment of manufacturing,machine tool,under the trend of intelligence,networking and information technology,it is stricter for the reliability,visualization,low energy consumption,low cost and environmental protection.In order to guarantee these performance requirements,it is essential to the perfect measurement technique and efficient monitoring system.Although there are some researches on machine tool monitoring,it still exists many problems,such as limited monitoring objectives,monitoring system with poor universality and compatibility,lack of the control for machine tools and peripherals,the fundamental cause of these problems is the lack of configurability of the infrastructure.In this connection,this paper consists of design and implement a configurable infrastructure of machine tool monitoring system,which is used for meeting a variety of monitoring needs.First of all,this paper analysed the basic requirements and the requirements of configurability of the infrastructure.On this basis,making a general designation of the configurable infrastructure,which is subdivided into input acquisition module,output control module,communication module and system configuration module.The input acquisition module can realize the configuration of the switch quantity,the multi-type analog quantity and so on,and the output control module can achieve the configuration of high / low level,SPWM wave,DC voltage and other forms of output control,also the communication module supports RS485,CAN,Ethernet that can be configured.Next,this paper focuses on the research of the key technologies of the configurable infrastructure.Including the normalized adaptation technique of machine multi-type signal that can solve the problem of mismatch when multi-type signal input the infrastructure,also designed the two level DMA transmission and the improved digital filter algorithm to meet the requirements of real time,accuracy and high speed in using multisensory,moreover,formulated a communication protocol for data and instruction transmission and the storage mechanisms,designed configurable scheme based on XML.Then,further establishing the core controller of the infrastructure which is based on STM32F407,and studying the implementation of the hardware and software.In the hardware part,devised the circuit schematic of switch signal acquisition based on PLC,the circuit schematic of switch output control based on relay,the circuit schematic of multiplexed analog output control based on track-and-hold,the circuit schematic of communication transmission and configuration.In the software part,developed the program of input acquisition,output control and communication transmission through the MDK5,and the configurable user interface by Qt5.7 which is convenient for users' operation.Finally,devised multigroup experiment to test the function modules of the configurable infrastructure,then demonstrated the validity and correctness of these modules.
