With the development and progress of social economy,more and more attention has been paid to environmental protection.Environmental monitoring can reflect the situation and trends of the environmental quality accurately,timely and comprehensively,and provide a scientific basis for environmental protection,planning management and pollution control,it is an indispensable basic work of environmental protection work.In the face of the diversity of monitoring and changeable monitoring business processes of environmental monitoring,the current environmental monitoring system has revealed a lot of deficiencies,such as poor system adaptability,short life cycle,high monitoring cost,long development cycle and low utilization rate of repeat.Therefore,it's of great practical significance to study the design method of environmental monitoring system which adapts to the characteristics of environmental monitoring and has strong adaptability.The problems existing and its causes in the existing environmental monitoring system are analyzed in this thesis.According to the characteristics and development trend of environmental monitoring,the design principles and objectives of environmental monitoring system are formulated.On this basis,the overall structure of environmental monitoring system is designed,and the monitoring system software architecture,data organization structure,business process,load balancing and other related key technologies are in-depth analyzed and researched.Firstly,a set of coding rules and system is established to regulate the data unit and processing unit in the design and application of the monitoring system,lay the foundation for the data organization and business process construction of the system,but also for the monitoring of the whole system scalability and adaptability laid the foundation.In view of the characteristics of environmental monitoring monitoring diversity and the change of business process,the dynamic reconfiguration technology and extensible database technology are used to dynamic configure the monitoring parameters,which realize the monitoring of different environmental monitoring parameters.According to the idea of object-oriented software design,the typical entities of the environmental monitoring system and their interrelationships are abstracted,the data structure of the monitoring system with the basic data table and the business data table as the core are designed and implemented,based on which realize thereconfiguration of the business process of the monitoring software system.Based on the research of the three algorithms of WRR,WLC and LLF,the load balancing design of the monitoring system aiming at the characteristics of high concurrent data volume in environmental monitoring system is carried out,and the simulation experiment of the monitoring system is carried out by using OPNET software.It is concluded that the system load balancing effect of WRR is better.Finally,according to the coding system and database design in this paper,a set of distributed environmental noise monitoring system is designed for acoustic environment monitoring.Based on the dynamic configuration of monitoring parameters,a set of universal electronic fuel pump assembly performance testing system is designed for the performance test of electronic fuel pump assembly.The two systems have achieved the expected design goals and performance,and verified the correctness and feasibility of the design of the environmental monitoring system studied in this paper.
