Polyurethane foam is widely used as sole material for sports shoes due to its good toughness and elasticity,but its structure is single.The physical and mechanical properties such as hardness and pressure are not changed at different positions of the material,so the sole material cannot be satisfied in different parts.The force is required.The weft-knitted spacer fabric has a single molding and good structural designability,and is an ideal polyurethane reinforcement.Therefore,the weft-woven spacer fabric is used as a reinforcement.The variable-parameter weft-separated fabric is prepared by selecting the material and structural design of the fabric,and the influence of the structural parameters of the weft-woven spacer fabric on the properties of the weft-knitted fabric/polyurethane composite is studied.It provides certain theoretical guidance and application value for the preparation of polyurethane composite sole materials with different regional functions.The main research contents are as follows:(1)By selecting the raw material and structural design of the weft-knitted spacer fabric,the weft-knitted spacer fabrics with the variable thickness weft-knitted spacer fabric and the variable-spaced yarn arrangement density are respectively designed.The results show that changing the tuck joint distance of the spacer fabric can effectively change the thickness of the fabric.The thickness variation range of the variable thickness weft-knitted spacer fabric designed in this paper is 4.99-9.23 mm.Changing the ratio of the number of spacer filaments in a complete tissue of the spacer fabric to the number of surface polyester channels can effectively change the density of the spacer filaments of the fabric.The spacer filaments of the variable spacer fil ament arrangement spacer weft-woven spacer fabric designed in this subject are 18.2-80.8 roots/cm~2.In addition,the weaving process of the weft-knitted spacer fabric on the computerized flat knitting machine is also discussed.When the variable-parameter weft-knitted spacer fabric is woven,the value of the polyester coil is about 135,and the diameter of the nylon-coated yarn is about 108.The layer value is 40.(2)Seven weft-knitted fabrics with different structural parameters were prepared by three fabric thicknesses,three spacer filament diameters and three spacer filament arrangement densities.The fabric surface parameters,fabric permeability and fabric compression properties were investigated.Impact.The results show that the surface porosity of the seven variable parameters weft-woven spacer fabrics is more than 40%,and the surface porosity of the fabric is related to the longitudinal density of the fabric.The greater the longitudinal density of the fabric,the lower the surface porosity.In addition,all of the seven fabrics can be well compounded with polyurethane,and when the surface porosity of the weft-knitted spacer fabric is greater than 48%,it can be better combined with polyurethane.The surface layer of the fabric has less effect on the breathability of the fabric,and the fabric spacer is the main influencing factor of the breathability of the fabric.A fabric having a large spacer wire diameter and a high density of spacer filaments is more inferior in gas permeability.Weft-knitted spacer fabrics having a small thickness,a larger spacer filament diameter,and a high density of spacer filaments have higher compressive strength and compressive properties.(3)The effect of polyurethane thickness on its compression properties was dis cussed.Seven weft-knitted spacer/polyurethane composites with different fabric structural parameters were prepared.The effects of fabric structure parameters on the compressive properties and physical properties compressive properties of weft-knitted/polyurethane composites were analyzed.The results show that the thickness of polyurethane can significantly affect the compression properties of polyurethane,and the polyurethane material with large thickness has better compression resistance.When the polyurethane is combined with the weft-knitted fabric,the hardness of the obtained composite will increase and the rebound will decrease.The thickness of the fabric and the diameter of the spacer have little effect on the hardness of the composite.The densi ty of the spacer filaments of the fabric has a significant effect on the hardness of the composite.The hardness of the composite increases with the density of the spacer spacers.After the spacer fabric is combined with polyurethane,the polyurethane can effectively improve the problem that the spacer filament is easy to lose shear.Composites with large fabric thickness,large spacer filament diameter and spacer filament arrangement density have greater compressive strength and compressive properties.Among them,the density of the spacer filaments has a significant effect on the compression properties of the composite material,the diameter of the spacer filaments is second,and the influence of the fabric thickness on the composite material is small.
