The Formation Principle And Design Of Jacquard Fabric With Stereoscopic Wrinkle Effect

With the improvement of living standards and the pursuit of beauty,as well as the rapid development of textile technology,jacquard technology is full of possibilities,the fabric is no longer limited to simple two-dimensional plane,three-dimensional bump texture feel more diverse.At the same time,three-dimensional fabrics in domestic and foreign markets are also increasingly favored.Due to the typical three-dimensional bump texture,three-dimensional wrinkle effect of the fabric have a wide range of applications.This thesis first analyzes the forming principle of the three-dimensional wrinkle effect,and concludes that the realization of the similar three-dimensional wrinkle effect fabric is mainly divided into the fabric finishing and the second recycling to form the wrinkle fabric(Durable press finishing and seaming),pleating of fabrics by weaving(mainly based on local tubular structures),and three dimensional directions of textured 3D fabrics through weaving.But through the digital jacquard to achieve three-dimensional wrinkle effect of fabric research is very small.Based on the understanding of the three-dimensional wrinkle effect fabric,according to the characteristics of the weft fabric and the double weft weave,using two or more sets wefts with different shrinkage ratios weave with warp yarn,combining the weave and the pattern to achieve the three-dimensional wrinkle effect.First,determining the weft as the elastic yarn and the non-elastic yarn,three different sets of elastic yarn and non-elastic yarn weft ratio are set,that is,non-elastic yarn and the elastic yarn is changed to the ratio of 1:1,2:1,3:1,and in the pattern design set four different width of 2.5,5,7.5,10 mm in the wrinkle area,wrinkled area and non-wrinkled area design two different number of interwoven organizations to explore the realization of wrinkles effect of the program.Through the comparison of the sample fabric and the measured crease height of the fixed point of the measured data analysis,to get elastic yarnand non-elastic yarn is 1 to 1 or 2 to 2,the width of the crumpled area is 7.5mm,the non-crumpled area is eight satin backs double twill fabric wrinkles,the effect is better.Finally,on the basis of summarizing the sample arrangement ratio and the width of wrinkle area,the pattern design and the disposition of the fabric are optimized,and more than two groups of colored yarns are used as the weft yarn.using double weft weave to design colorful three-dimensional crepe fabric.Such fabrics not only enhance the technical content and added value,but also make the fabric more aesthetically pleasing and decorative.Combining art with technology,it provides a useful technical reference for the design innovation of three-dimensional style jacquard fabric.
