Because of Shanbei region is richly endowed by nature,its coal resoures make it paly a decisive role in the national energy field.In addition,semi-coke is one of the leading industries in Shaanxi province.In this paper,By analyzing the advantages and the disadvantages of Toscoal,LR,DG,Lurgi furnace,MRF and SJ process.On one hand,it points out the SJ process summarizes domestic pyrolysis furnace types.On the another hand,it combines the advantages of foreign furnace and the characteristic the local coal.Whether scale or degree of equipment of the freshness,it has a big change compared to the previous method.However,shortage of skilled labor,frequent problems in production management,coal gas and coal tar can easily combusted,exploded and poisoned.Therefore,there is a huge risk in the production process,which can cause casualties,property damage and environmental damage.Therefore,it is important to choose the right analysis and control of existing risks.By comparing six kinds of chemical safety system analysis method,as an effective method to search for potential hazard,Moreover,it has a good effect on risk analysis.Employing HAZOP method,it is not only a breakthrough to coal chemical industry enterprise in our province but a connection with international safety management model.In this article,Using the HAZOP analysis method,according to the design intention of the process,the process is divided into six nodes,Analysis results show that the retort air flow,roof pressure,gas,oxygen content,gas leakage,the level of gas tank and the tar leak will have an effect on the process safety.This article enchance the safety of the semi-coke production process to give a guidance to relevant personnel engaged in the process.
