In recent years,the soil environment along with the social progress by the serious pollution,the amount of all kinds of heavy metals in soil is a key link in the process of governance and repair contaminated soil.Portable X-ray fluorescence analyzer compared to traditional measuring instrument of heavy metals have weight,small volume,easy to carry,wild detection speed,the advantages of various elements measured at the same time,evaluate the accuracy of the instrument,improve the accuracy of the rapid screening test results,the heavy metal content has guiding significance for real-time detection.Seven different soil samples in shangluo city,shaanxi province as the research object,using atomic absorption spectrophotometer to measure standard of heavy metals,set up the soil particle size,moisture content and soil sample measurement time variables,three experiments by portable X-ray fluorescence analyzer measurement sample Cu and zinc,Pb,Mn content,the main conclusions are as follows:(1)as the particle size decreases,and the soil sample error rate drop,each element error rate decreased rapidly within the 20?65 mesh,in 65?80 mesh decreases and the variation of less than 5%.Portable X-ray fluorescence analyzer when measuring nonuniform samples are more likely to cause greater error.(2)soil moisture for instrumental determination\"diluted\" effect,results in the decrease of data accuracy,moisture content of 10%has been serious interference measurements,to improve the accuracy of measurement,indoor when measuring soil samples should be measured again after drying,in situ measurement should choose as far as possible when it's sunny,dry soil site.(3)with the increase of soil sample measurement time,four kinds of heavy metal element error rate decreases and tends to be stable.Instrument for low content around the detection limit of elements,the characteristics of X-ray absorption need longer time to achieve stability and saturated.
